The hotel is situated in the newer part, close to everything and very close to the bridge. The rooms with 2 Queen-sized beds on Level 1 with a spa tub offer a comfortable stay; however, the dining experience, although offering organic pulled pork, was just at the front desk, revealed some limitations. The service excelled in areas like housekeeping, laundry, and shuttle service. The facilities were greatly appreciated. The location and friendly staff added to the positive experience, but pricing could be a concern.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right by the beach and conveniently close to downtown. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited, and the price was a bit on the higher side.

The service was impeccable, offering excellent housekeeping and a convenient free shuttle service. The location couldn't have been better, being very close to downtown and Mackinac Island. The on-site dining, featuring homemade marmalade at the front desk, was a delightful experience. Overall, a great value for money with top-notch amenities.
